About Us
The John Jay Hockey Club (JJHC) is a non profit organization that provides students that reside in the Wappingers Central School District, and surrounding districts the opportunity to play the sport of ice hockey at the high school level.
The JJHC operates independently of the Wappingers Central School District and is aligned with the district in name and spirit only. The JJHC competes in the Hudson Valley High School Ice Hockey Association (HVHSIHA) along with other private, non profit, organization much like the JJHC.
As a non-profit we operate on a volunteer basis. The board, the coaches and other parents that help with fundraising and other organizational activities do so in order to keep the club moving forward. We do this so our kids and your kids can get the most out of their high school hockey experience.
